Oh friends it has been a tough summer.
There have been plenty of days when I thought nothing will ever get done. Thankfully it all comes together. Expectations have to be managed, everyone works at a different pace and trying to control everything only makes you (and possibly everyone around you) miserable.
So take a step back, look at the big picture.
