Hello November! I’ve got tons of fun things lined up for this month so I’m excited it is here, although October did not disappoint with activities either!
I started the month with the Minnesota Bloggers Conference, you can read my recap here.
I spoke about my running jealousy. And started my Christmas list.
And most importantly, I was given the chance to share about my brother.

You’ve accomplished a lot great job! I ran a half and didn’t feel my IT band at all so that’s progress.
Way to go!! Being pain free is GREAT progress!
hm… my biggest accomplishment is a surprise for now :0) hehe. what are your goals for november?
I’m not sure about November goals yet, I’ve got a pretty full schedule, so I guess maybe focusing on 1 extra workout per week (other than the yoga classes I teach)!

Your post about your brother was so heartfelt and personal…..and it was so nice to share your story with us. Loved reading about it and it a piece of the Katie puzzle that let’s me see why you are such a sweet soul.
